Help!

It is true that at one level of spiritual awareness, we are all connected and there is really is no need for technology to help us connect with each other. However, since we are not always aware of this connection, technology can be a useful ally to help us to unfold our spiritual abilities. In a way, the internet is a physical manifestation of our true oneness in so far as it, like us, has no real boundaries or limitations actually exist. This help section is designed to provide the tools that you will need to participate in our spiritual community. Everyone is welcome and will be supported in their journey here.

TUTORIALS

We will continue to publish new easy-to-use tutorials to help you accomplish most of the tasks on the site. If there isn't a tutorial available that meets your needs, please consult the FAQ below, or contact us for direct help.

  • How to Purchase a Service on the Eternity Connection (8 mins.) - this tutorial will help you learn the steps to purchasing a reading, healing, counselling or course. 
  • How to Use Big Blue Button Videoconferencing - This page has videos to help you quickly get started with BigBlueButton. BigBlueButton runs within your web browser (no app to download and install).  We recommend using the latest version of Chrome or FireFox on your desktop or laptop computers.  If your using a chromebook, use the built-in Chrome browser. The BigBlueButton client also runs on mobile devices (again, you don’t need to install any app).  When using an iPad or iPhone, BigBlueButton runs within the default Safari Mobile browser (iOS 12.2+).   When using an Android device, BigBlueButton runs within the default Chrome browser (Android 6.0+). If you want to try out BigBlueButton with your desktop, laptop, chromebook, or mobile device, you can create your own personal room at  https://demo.bigbluebutton.org/.  

FAQ

Simply click either the Readings or Healing button on the Eternity Connection home page. Then go to your preferred service. There you will find pictures and a brief statement for each of our service providers. Click their picture to find out more about them. You will find on each service providers’ page their available appointments. When you are ready to book an appointment click “Purchase Appointment” for your chosen service provider. Then click “Cart” and “Checkout” to pay for your appointment. Once you click “Checkout”, you will be taken to the billing information page. On this page, you will fill in your address. You will then go into the section to put in your credit card information. Make sure that your personal information in the black box is correct. After this, you should get the order confirmation, as well as an email from Eternity Connection. The order confirmation email will include instructions that will help you prepare for your session. See also our Tutorial section for detailed instructions.
Anyone is welcome to view the blog and forum posts in the Community page of the Eternity Connection. If you wish to post to the blog or forums, you will need to login to the Eternity Connection by creating a unique username and password and entering some basic information about yourself. Your personal details will be kept confidential unless they are required to be disclosed by law or court order.
If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time, you must email us at "info [at] eternityconnection [dot] org", or use the Contact Form, at least 48 hours prior to your session. You will then be booked for the next available appointment with your service provider.
Our services are offered via web-conferencing. You will need:
  • A stable internet connection;
  • A device that has audio and/video capability (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop); and,
  • A quiet and private place where you can enjoy your session with your service provider.
  • If you wish to record your session, please have a recording device available for your session;

Please begin the process of getting connected 5 to 10 minutes early to allow the software to load and to activate your audio and video connection. For further information about our technologies please visit our “Accessing Our Tutorials” page in this Help area.

Please note that there are various options available to you if technical challenges arise. So, we may not be able to respond before the start time of your session.
You will be invited to complete an evaluation form for each appointment or course you attend. These evaluation forms will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and will inform the professional development plans for our service providers. If you need an immediate response to your concerns, please contact General Inquiries by email (info [at] eternityconnection [dot] org or via the Contact Form). You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Please consider accessing our other services or booking another appointment with your service provider. You will be invited to complete an evaluation form for each appointment or course you attend. These evaluation forms will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and will inform the professional development plans for our service providers.
A refund will be processed and posted to your credit card within 7 to 10 days after the cancellation of your appointment.
Simply click the “Education” icon on the Eternity Connection home page. There you will find descriptions of upcoming courses. You must be logged into the Eternity Connection to register for our courses.
No, service providers are not permitted to provide services to those who are or have been members of the Eternity Connection outside of our community. Where a service provider offers a service that is not offered by the Eternity Connection, written permission must be obtained from the Eternity Connection for a referral to that independent service.
Please note that once you enter your username and email on our site and hit submit, you will receive an email (provided you entered a valid email address) inviting you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email invitation, please contact us. If you forget your password, simply request to reset your password.
