The Importance of Psychology in our Spiritual Life
Many of us want to be “more spiritual”. We want to understand our souls, connect with something good and greater than us, and even serve others for this cause. However, many times we just jump into practicing mechanics without really understanding what we are doing. We do not quite understand how to actually grow and transform, as needed. This ends up frustrating us and even making us wonder if it is worth it. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of psychology (mind-behavior science) in our spiritual goal. We will also practice “spiritual” mechanics related to Sitting in the Power, energy healing, and mediumship communication. The tutor will discuss correlated concepts as state of mind, brain hemispheres, brain waves, and even breathing rates. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants should have a better appreciation of psychology in their spiritual journey.
