HELP!!!

It is true that at one level of spiritual awareness, we are all connected and there is really is no need for technology to help us connect with each other. However, since we are not always aware of this connection, technology can be a useful ally to help us to unfold our spiritual abilities. In a way, the internet is a physical manifestation of our true oneness in so far as it, like us, has no real boundaries or limitations actually exist.  

This help section is designed to provide the tools that you will need to participate in our spiritual community. Everyone is welcome and will be supported in their journey here.

There are four ways in which you can receive support here:

1. Accessing Our Tutorials (Coming Soon)

We are creating several tutorials that will assist you accessing our services and utilizing the technologies adopted by the Eternity Connection.

2. Finding the Answer in our FAQ section below:

  1. Click the Spiritual Guidance button on the Eternity Connection home page.
  2. Select reading session, healing session, or counselling session from the drop-down menu.

  3. View pictures and brief statements for each service provider offering your desired service.
  4. Scroll across the page to explore more service providers.
  5. When ready, click the “Request Service” button for your chosen provider, fill out the required information, and pay for your service.

  6. Your service provider will respond by email to schedule your appointment.
  7. Your appointment will appear on your personal account page on the Eternity Connection.

If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time, email your service provider or cancel your session on your EC personal account page at least 48 hours prior to your session. Your service provider will then be in touch to schedule a new appointment.

Our services are offered via web-conferencing. You will need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device with audio and/or video capability (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop)
  • A quiet and private place for your session
  • If you wish to record your session, a recording device

Various options are available if technical challenges arise. Contact technical support at info@eternityconnection.org. We aim to respond within 48 hours, but we may not be able to reply before your session start time.

You may be invited to complete an evaluation form for each appointment or course you attend. These are reviewed quarterly to inform service provider development plans. For immediate concerns, contact General Inquiries at info@eternityconnection.org. We will respond within 48 hours.

Refunds are processed and posted to your credit card within 7 to 10 days after the cancellation of your appointment.

Click the Spiritual Development icon on the Eternity Connection home page. There you’ll find descriptions of upcoming courses. You must be logged into the Eternity Connection to register.

No. Service providers are not permitted to provide services to current or former Eternity Connection members outside our community. If a provider offers a service not available within the Eternity Connection, written permission must be obtained for a referral.
